Student services are given in the form of information service, learning assistance, academic tutoring, academic administration, customer complaints, and a library. This service is intended to help students overcome academic and academic administrative problems encountered while studying at UT.

Learning Support Services

Learning support services include the provision of teaching materials and tutorial supplements. Instructional materials supplement is an additional teaching materials aimed at, among others, to clarify the matter of the modules that are difficult to understand, improve the material that has not been revised and enriched reading sources. Academic tutoring services include the following consulting services regarding learning strategies, how to learn, the selection of courses, course selection, and consultation on TAP. Students who need academic assistance can contact the relevant faculty or academic staff in UPBJJ-UT by mail, telephone, e-mail, or in person. To be able to provide support services to students learning, UT Library has established cooperation with the University Library Events Forum (FKP2T). UT students can take advantage of University Library collections by way of forum members have Sakti card that can be obtained by registering at a nearby college with the terms forum members:

  1. Submit a photocopy of student ID;
  2. Photograph size 2 X 3 (1 sheet);
  3. Registration fee of Rp 7.500,00.

The benefits of this Sakti Card holders are free of charge visit to the library and network members can take advantage of existing libraries (read in place and photocopy). This card is valid for one semester.

  1. Changes in Personal Data Accuracy student personal data is very important because it will be used for Objective participant data, the writing of diploma / certificate, and the purpose of the transmission of information or documents. Students can megajukan personal data changes due to changes in the data (eg address, name, place, and date of birth). Alteration or repair of personal data must be reported to the student-UT UPBJJ using the Personal Data Change Form. Alteration or repair of personal data concerning the student's name and date of birth must be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of legal foundations such as a birth certificate, diploma employee card, court decisions, and others.
  2. Replacement of Student Card If a student card is lost or damaged, the student must report and ask for a replacement to UPBJJ-UT or to PART Pelma - BAAPM UT Center in the following way.
    1. Contact UPBJJ to get LIP payments Print Duplicate Student Card.
    2. Card replacement fee paying students by using LIP payments Print Duplicate Student Card via BRI / BTN / Independent.
    3. Submit LIP payments Print Duplicate Student Card that has been validated Bank (original) to UPBJJ-UT or UT BAAPM to PART Pelma center.
    4. Photos directly UPBJJ Pelma Sub-UT or UT BAAPM Center or submit photographs of size 3 X 4 or softcopy photograph (not scanned) with W = 358pixel criteria; H = 476pixel; resolution 300 dpi / inch to UPBJJ-UT or UT BAAPM Pelma Sub Centre.
  1. Case Settlement Value Students can submit a complaint or complaints regarding test scores in writing addressed to the Head-UT UPBJJ using Complaint Form Case Value Exam. Students can also meyampaikan case value over the phone, through the Information Services menu. Complaints of value must be accompanied by LIP Registration Course validated Bank.

Customer complaints can be submitted via:
